We aim to dispatch items within three business days of receiving payment. For larger, custom, or back-ordered items, please allow 3–4 weeks for delivery. However, delivery times depend on several factors outside of our control, and we cannot accept responsibility for delays. We will keep you informed of your order status at all times.
Unless otherwise instructed, orders that cannot be fulfilled from stock may be delivered in instalments.
We generally use the fastest available service within budgetary constraints while ensuring traceability is maintained. For large orders, we may choose an alternative carrier without prior notice. Additional charges may apply if you require express or special delivery services.
We take care to pack goods securely to minimise the risk of damage during transit. However, once the goods are handed to the carrier, risk of loss or damage passes to the purchaser. This constitutes supply under this agreement. Transit insurance is the purchaser's responsibility and should be selected at checkout if available. If shipping insurance is not offered, goods are shipped at your risk. In the event of any delivery issues, we will do our best to assist you in accordance with our customer service policy.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund only in specific circumstances. Please review the ACCC website for details:

As stated by the ACCC: "The consumer guarantees do not apply if you got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it."
Special order items, such as custom-cut cable and imported goods on request, cannot be returned unless they are faulty or significantly different from what was ordered.
If a refund is granted, you can expect to receive it within 30 days of handing the package to the return shipper. This includes the time for transit (5–10 business days), our internal processing (3–5 business days), and your bank's processing time (5–10 business days).
No credit will be issued for returned goods that are not in original packaging, have been used or fitted, or are in a condition unsuitable for resale. Such items will be returned at the customer’s expense.
Please choose carefully, as we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect selection. In some cases, we may allow exchanges—just contact us politely here.
- Warranty:

All warranty claims must be submitted within the applicable warranty period. Products must be returned to the original place of purchase at the buyer’s expense, along with proof of purchase (invoice or invoice number) and a detailed description of the fault and application details.
Warranty does not apply to damage or failure resulting from incorrect installation, misuse, accident, environmental conditions, product modification, or failure of associated components. Warranty is void if the item is used for resale or commercial redistribution.
All other warranties and implied terms regarding product fitness or quality are expressly excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Light Bar's liability is strictly limited to the manufacturer’s warranty. At our discretion, we may repair, replace, refund, or credit the item. We do not cover any consequential damages, removal, or refitting costs.
We assume the purchaser has the expertise to select the correct products and has not relied on Light Bar for advice or fitment guidance.
