Ship Using your own Shipping Account and Label

Thank you for your purchase. Selecting this shipping option enables you to book shipping through your own account.

Procedure:

Once your order has finished the fulfillment process our customer support team will email with the following details:

• Pick Up Address
• Parcel/s Weight
• Parcel/s Dimension
• Dates and times available for pick up

You will then be required to contact your freight company and book the shipping and pick up.

Then reply to the customer support email with a PDF of your shipping label and any other relevant documents.

Our warehouse will apply your label and facilitate the parcels pick up.

Cancelling or Refunding your order because you cannot organise your shipping will not be accepted. 

Most freight companies collect from our locations including Fedex, DHL, TNT and UPS.
